Word from the water folks is that we should expect the water to remain steady for the near future and they will let us know when they plan to decrease the release. The Munroe Diversion has been dug out and they are going to flush the tunnel today. Expect to see a 200+ CFS drop at the mouth of the Canyon.

Joe Wright = Low. Scout for wood in the mini gorge in the runout of Carnito Canyon, and look out for a river-wide strainer in the top third of the run.

They did it. Water’s up and washing out a bit of the turbidity from yesterdays flash flood in the Stove Prairie area.
