RMA Poudre Rock Report

Water level was up a bit from Wednesday, temperature down a bit.

If pessimistic, 1.5+, optimistic 1.6-.

I’m amazed the drop off is as slow as it is from the storms. plenty of small side creeks are still flowing.

The canyon is getting pretty with colors changing, even better when floating downstream with a sunset in the sky too.

Dropped some during the day. I would say 1.8 at 9am and 1.7 at 3:40 and a bit below that at 5:50.

Amazing seeing how much dirt/silt can both be moved and deposited by the river. Water is not really clear, but not terribly muddy either. N. Fork is still bumping up Filter and they are running the canal at the mouth full, so gauge will be a tad misleading.
