Thursday April 30th, SAVE THE POUDRE is presenting a
WHITEWATER PADDLING FILM FESTIVAL
and Silent Auction at
Avogadro’s in Fort Collins.

Silent Auction starts @ 6pm
Movies start @ 7:30 pm

We will be showing films from the 2009 National Paddling Film Festival, and an original production by local film producer and paddler, Adrian Glasenapp, featuring drops on the Big South, Gnarrows Race and other sections of the Poudre Watershed.

This event will also kick off the JUNE RISE RAFFLE where participants are invited to guess the date and time of this years peak flow.
Entries with the closest date and time to the actual peak flow can win one of these prizes:

Come join us for the Rocky Mountain Junior Kayak League’s FREE Kids and Teens Pool Clinics in Fort Collins at Edora Pool and Ice Center! The clinics are for kids 10-18 and are meant to introduce kids to kayaking or to improve young paddlers developing skills in anticipation of the season.

We’ll work on strokes, rolling – on and offside, flat-water freestyle tricks and mental toughness exercises. All ability levels are welcome. Your skills will improve and you will have FUN! We guarantee.
