Thursday April 30th, SAVE THE POUDRE is presenting a
WHITEWATER PADDLING FILM FESTIVAL
and Silent Auction at
Avogadro’s in Fort Collins.
Silent Auction starts @ 6pm
Movies start @ 7:30 pm
We will be showing films from the 2009 National Paddling Film Festival, and an original production by local film producer and paddler, Adrian Glasenapp, featuring drops on the Big South, Gnarrows Race and other sections of the Poudre Watershed.
This event will also kick off the JUNE RISE RAFFLE where participants are invited to guess the date and time of this years peak flow.
Entries with the closest date and time to the actual peak flow can win one of these prizes:
- Dagger Nomad White Water Kayak
- Marin Cruiser Bike from Fort Collins Bike Coop
- Poudre River Photo from John Bartholow, Fine Print Imaging
- Two Night Stay at Steamboat Condo
- Raft Trip for two on the Poudre River
